In our own winding department we manufacture both special windings and new windings of defective motors. This is particularly worthwhile for motors which, for example, have a special shaft and need to be quickly returned to service.
The revision of a defective motor includes the following work services:
- Disassemble the engine
- Disassemble damaged winding
- Insulate stator in isoclass F
- Rewind stator in isoclass F and impregnate 2 times
- Clean all parts
- Restore rotor
- assemble motor
- Non-destructive winding test using Baker test
- Testing according to VDE 0530
- Probe run
